What we need, what is optional, and what you control.

StayHello uses account, profile, message, trust, safety, and billing records when you choose those features. These records support the service you ask us to provide.

Essential sign-in and security storage can still be used when optional analytics are off.

If you choose Allow analytics, StayHello can use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure page visits, campaign context, and whether a genuinely new profile was created.

StayHello also stores a limited first-party journey trail for this measurement. If you keep analytics off, those optional scripts and journey events stay off.

When analytics are allowed and a genuinely new profile is created, StayHello can send one CompleteRegistration event through both the browser and Meta Conversions API.

The server copy can include hashed email and account identifiers, browser and network details Meta asks for matching, the event page, and Meta browser identifiers when present. The shared event ID helps Meta count the browser and server copies once.

The signup conversion does not need your profile biography, boundaries, messages, safety reports, payment details, or another member's information.

Optional analytics do not change whether you can create a free profile or use core account features.

You can allow or decline optional analytics below. Turning analytics off clears StayHello's optional measurement storage on this browser and reloads the page so already-loaded analytics stop running.

Browser or provider systems can retain data already sent before you changed the choice, subject to their own retention controls.
